Orders
All sales are final and we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $100 within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories).
Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable on oversized items like our canvases.
Each canvas is made to order and enters production as soon as your purchase is confirmed. Because of the custom nature of these items, canvases are produced and shipped separately from the rest of your order. Please allow up to three weeks for production before your canvas ships.

ESV New and Old Testament Sets are drop-shipped separately. Please allow up to 10 business days for these items to ship.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. This will include a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking information may not be available right away. It can take up to 10 business days for your item to leave our warehouse. If you don’t see any updates immediately, rest assured your order is in progress—feel free to check back a little later.

During high-volume seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly extended due to increased demand.
Please plan accordingly when placing your order, as we’re unable to expedite shipments.
Most domestic orders are shipped using 3-5 business day shipping once they leave our warehouse. However, please note that once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date, as transit times may vary.
If you're purchasing gifts, we encourage you to plan ahead and allow extra time to receive your order before the date it's needed. As packages are currently spending longer in transit, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds unless the carrier officially declares the package lost.
For our international customers: Please be aware that due to ongoing global shipping delays, it may take more than 8–12 weeks for your package to arrive.
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.
If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.
